Kasey began her career in the Financial Services field in 1992 in her home state of Maryland. She moved to Texas in 1998 and holds her General Life and Health License and Life and Health Counselors License as well as various other licenses. Her drive for knowledge and furthering her career compelled her to obtain her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification in 2006. Kasey has been providing consultative benefits solutions to employers in Texas since 2003 and joined The Benefit Group in 2009. In 2013, Kasey purchased The Benefit Group from its founder, Tracy Gillies. Kasey believes each client has specific needs that should be addressed and strives to take a comprehensive approach in meeting those needs. Her focus is education of both the employer on the options available and the employee when the time comes to stress the value of the benefits an employer is providing. Kasey is a member of several trade organizations and in her free time enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
