The Benefit Group was founded in 2000 by Tracy Gillies with a strong focus on the employee benefits marketplace. Over the years the agency continued to build on a foundation that strives to provide knowledgeable benefit planning, implementation and service to employers and their employees.
Kasey Davis joined The Benefit Group in 2009. Tracy and Kasey worked closely together over the course of those years with a focus on providing customized benefit planning, excellent service and innovative solutions to clients. In 2013, Kasey purchased the agency and works to maintain the principals and level of service Tracy founded the agency on.
The Benefit Group continues to grow and in 2013 Wendy Coleman and Debbie Moeller joined the agency. With over 25 years of experience, we believe through a consultative approach we can find insurance solutions to benefit you.
Assisting both individual and group clients, we shop multiple carriers and provide multiple options to ensure each client gets the best plan for their specific needs.
